| 摘 要： | 作者报告经X线和临床证实无肺结核或其他非尘源性病变的尘肺发白区、斑片条207例(207／13540例，1．53％)，对发白区、斑片条的X线形态学表现及其诊断意义作了详细的分析。并对尘肺发白区、斑片条和小阴影的关系及病理基础以及鉴剐诊断进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The authors reported 207 cases of pneumo-coniosis with white areas and patch-streak sh-adows (1.53%,207/13 540 cases) in lungs, whodid not complicated with pulmonary tubercul-osis or other lung diseases, and discussed theirdiagnostic significance The relation betweenthe small shadows and the white areas andpatch-streak shadows, their pathological basisand differential diagnosis were also discussed. |
