| 摘 要： | 自１９９０年３月开始，将自制的炭纤维复合材料人工气管应用于气管恶性肿瘤２例，外伤性狭窄１例，共３例。均取得了良好效果。首例随访４年５个月，情况良好。对人工气管应用的适应证，人工气管材料的选择和手术方法进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Aim:To evaluate the feasibility of the carbon fiber compound material tracheal prosthesis in reconstruction of trachea.Method:Tracheal reconstruction was performed using compound material tracheal prosthesis in 3 patients(including 2 tracheal malignant tumors and 1 traumatic stricture).The prosthesis is made of carbon fibre,silicone and dacron.Result:There was no hospital mortality and severe operative morbidity.Symptom was rapidly relieved after surgery.Conclusion:Using compound material tracheal prosthesis for reconstruction of trachea is feasible and safe. |
