窦性心率震荡与冠状动脉病变及其严重程度的相关性分析

目的:分析窦性心率震荡(HRT)各指标与冠状动脉病变及其严重程度的相关性。方法:选择120例同期行冠状动脉造影(CAG)和24 h动态心电图(AECG)监测的患者,按CAG结果分为阳性组和阴性组,对AECG所获得的HRT各项指标进行统计学分析和比较。结果:CAG阳性组震荡初始(TO)值显著高于阴性组(P<0.05),CAG阳性组震荡斜率(TS)值显著低于阴性组(P<0.05)。且TO和TS值在单支、双支、三支病变患者间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者的TO升高,TS下降程度与冠状动脉病变严重程度相关,是预测冠心病自主神经功能损害及其严重程度的敏感指标。

Analyses of the correlation between heart rate turbulence and coronary lesion

Objective: To analyze the correlation between heart rate turbulence(HRT) and coronary lesion.Methods: We selected 120 patients who had undergone 24 h ambulatory electrocardiography(AECG) and selective coronary angiography(CAG) in the same period.The groups were divided according to the results of CAG.Then all of the data of HRT which accepted from AECG were analyzed and compared between groups.Results: The value of the HRT onset was significantly higher in ACG( ) group than that in CAG(-) group(P<0.05);the value of the HRT slope in CAG( ) group was significantly lower than that in CAG(-) group(P<0.05).Statistic significance was found in the variables of turbulence onset(TO) and turbulence slope(TS) in the three groups of single,double and triplet coronary lesion(P<0.05).Conclusion: TO is increased and TS is decreased in the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).The correlation is exist between the change extend of TO,TS and the extend of coronary lesion.TO and TS are the sensitive variables of predicting autonomic neuropathy and its extend.
