超声影像学诊断心脏肿瘤

目的：自超声诊断技术用于检查心脏疾病以来，对心脏肿瘤的诊断取得了突破性的进展。二维超声图像可清晰显示心脏肿瘤（如多见的心腔粘液瘤）、心肌肿瘤和心包肿瘤；近年来，多普勒技术与经食管超声的应用，更进一步提高了对心脏肿瘤检的敏感性，从而使大多九心脏肿瘤在手术前经超声检查即可作出正确诊断。

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Cardiac Tumor

Since the ultrasono-diagnostic technique was applied in detection of cardiac disease,an outstanding break through has been made in the cardiac tumor diagnosis. All the cardiac cavity tumor (like the cardiac cavity mucoma),the myocardiac tumor and the pericardiac tumor can be clearly imaged by the two-dimentional ultrasonography. Recently,With the application of Doppler technique and transesophageal echocardiography,further improvement has been made on the diagnostic sensitivity of cardiac tumor,which in turn makes it possible for most of the cardiac tumors to be accurately diagnosed before surgical operation.
