肝细胞生长因子与冠心病的临床研究

目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子与冠心病之间的关系。方法:通过ELISA酶免自动分析系统测定冠心病患者稳定型心绞痛(SA)组30例、不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组32例、急性心肌梗死(AMI)组36例入院后1d、3d、7d和14d血肝细胞生长因子值与对照组进行比较。结果:SA组患者HGF无明显变化。SA组患者各时间点HGF均高于对照组。UA、AMI组患者HGF在7d达高峰值,且各时间点HGF均高于SA组。入院后7d AMI组HGF高于UA组患者。结论:肝细胞生长因子在冠心病患者表达升高,可能与冠脉受损和心肌缺血程度相关。

Clinical studies of hepatocyte growth factor and coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between hepatocyte growth factor and coronary heart disease.Meathods Coronary heart disease in patients with stable angina(SA) group of 30 patients,with unstable angina(UA) group of 32 patients,with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group of 36 patients blood hepatocyte growth factor values in the control group for comparison by ELISA automated analysis system coronary after admission 1d,3d,7d and 14d.Results HGF was no significant change in the SA group patients.The group of SA patients at each time point were higher.The group of UA and AMI patients reached a peak value of HGF at 7d,and at each time point HGF were higher than the group of SA.The group of AMI of HGF than the group of UA patients at 7d.Conclusion Hepatocyte growth factor expression elevated in patients with coronary heart disease,may be associated with coronary damage and the degree of myocardial ischemia.
