| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋部疾病的手术方法及疗效。方法：回顾分析69例行人工全髋关节置换术的髋部疾病患者的临床资料。结果：术后5年随访69例，关节功能评分90～100分43例，80～89分23例，70—79分3例，随访表明髋关节置换术的优良率达94％，效果满意。结论：人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋部疾病疗效显著，只要选择好适应证、做好术前准备、选择好适合的假体，则手术是安全的，手术的效果良好，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the technique and the clinical result of artificial total hip joint replacement on the treatment of hip joint diseases. Methods: The clinical data of 69 patients with hip diseases treated by artificial total hip replacement were investigated retrospectively. Results: All the cases were followed up for 5 years.
