银杏达莫治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的探讨银杏达莫对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法60例2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者,在严格控制血糖的基础上随机分成两组,32例使用银杏达莫注射液为治疗组,28例使用丹参注射液为对照组,疗程15d。结果治疗组总有效率81.3%,对照组总有效率57.2%,两组间有显著性差异(P=0.042)。且两组均未见明显不良反应,治疗组血液流变学明显改善(P<0.01)。结论银杏达莫注射液是糖尿病周围神经病变有效且安全的辅助治疗药物。

The Therapeutic Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole on Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

OBJECTIVE To detect the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo leaf Extract and Dipyridamole on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.METHODS 60 cases were divided into 2 groups.Treatment group(n=32)was treated with Ginkgo leaf Extract and Dipyridamole,control group(n=28)was treated with Injectio Salviai Miltiorrhizaum.There were 15 days for a therapy course in both groups.Both groups have the same good level of blood glucose.The indexes of blood lipids were detected before and after treatment.RESULTS The general efficiency of treatment group(81.3%) exceeded control group(57.2%)(P=0.042).The indexes of blood lipids in treatment group with Ginkgo leaf Extract and Dipyridamole were obviously improved(P<0.05),and the indexes in treatment group were better than that of control groups after therapy(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Ginkgo leaf Extract and Dipyridamole is an efficient and safe drug for treating auxiliarily the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
