| 摘 要： | 目的：总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补方法，以提高腹股沟疝修补手术疗效：方法：采用美国Bard公司产品(Bard mesh perbix plug)修补腹股沟疝共119例；结果：随访时间最长3年，无复发病例，无切口感染，3例有异物感；结论：本手术简化了腹股沟疝修补术的步骤，降低术后复发率，是一种值得推广的疝手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To review the case experienced mesh plug hernia repair to improve the efficiency of hernia repair.Method: The data of 119 cases experienced mesh plug hernia repair using Bard mesh perbix plug made in USA were reviewed. Result: All patients were followed up 3 years and no any recurrence was found. Conclusion: It is a better way for hernia repair. |
