| 摘 要： | 目的 观察可弯曲喉罩联合静脉麻醉用于人工听骨听力重建术的效果.方法 择期人工听骨听力重建术患者40例,随机均分为可弯曲喉罩组(F组)和气管内插管组(I组),均采用瑞芬太尼一丙泊酚静脉麻醉.记录两组SBP、DBP和HR,术野清晰度评分及自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间及BIS.结果 术中F组SBP、DBP低于I组,术野清晰度优于I组;拔管时,F组SBP、DBP及HR波动小于I组(P＜0.05)、呛咳反应更轻(P＜0.01);F组呼吸恢复及拔管时间长于I组(P＜0.05);F组BIS值高于I组(P＜0.05).结论 与气管内插管相比,可弯曲喉罩联合静脉麻醉应用于人工听骨听力重建术更具优势,但需注意麻醉深度监测.
