| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨环酯红霉素治疗女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的疗效.方法 将125例分为两组:环酯红霉素组65例,口服环酯红霉素500 mg,2次/d,疗程10 d;洛美沙星组60例,口服洛美沙星200 mg,2次/d,疗程10 d.合并淋球菌感染者,同时给予罗氏芬1.0 g,肌注,1次/d,疗程5 d.结果 环酯红霉素有效率为8...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of cyclic ester of erythromycin treatment for female genital chlamydia trachomatis infection.Methods Cyclic ester erythromycin group,oral erythromycin cyclic ester 500 mg,bid,10 days of treatment;lomefloxacin group,oral lomefloxacin 200 mg,bid,10 days of treatment;combined with gonococcal infection,Rocephin 1.0 g intramuscular injection,qd,5 days of treatment.Results Cyclic ester of erythromycin was 81.5% efficient,lomefloxacin group was 58.3% efficient,the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclic ester of erythromycin was significantly better than lomefloxacin,can be the first choice of female genital tract Chlamydia trachomatis infection. |
