| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）时早期肠内营养的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法：35例患者接受全胃肠外营养（TPN组）,40例同时接受肠内外营养（PN＋EN组）。比较两组患者并发症发生率、死亡率、住院天数和住院费用等差异。结果：PN＋EN组同TPN组相比,并发症发生率低,住院时间缩短,住院费用降低。两组比较统计学上有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：对重症急性胰腺炎进行早期肠内营养支持能缩短胰腺炎的自然病程,改善患者的营养状况,降低并发症发生率和死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of combined use of enteral nutrition(EN) and parenteral nutrition(PN) in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Method:40 cases with SAP received EN and PN,whereas 35 cases with SAP received total parenteral nutrition(TPN).Results:In EN+PN group,there were less complications,obvious improvement of nutritional condition,lower incidence in pancreatic infection and double infection,shorter time in hospital and lower spending.Conclusions:It is safe and efficient to carry... |
