| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical features and the effective control measures of top of the basilar syndrome(TOBS).Methods We observed and summarized the clinical data of 38 patients with TOBS.Results In 38 cases of TOBS patients,the commonest clinical manifestations were dizziness and disturbance of consciousness.The patients with prolonged coma indicated the poor prognosis.Atypical symptoms in some cases lead to delayed treatment.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of TOBS are complex and diverse.MRI showed bilateral butterfly infarction is characteristic performance.Strengthening publicity and education help reduce the disease delays. |
