| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清注射液治疗甲型H1N1流感并肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法随机将43例甲型HlN1流感并肺炎患者分为对照组与治疗组,均予常规抗病毒、抗感染以及止咳、化痰等对症支持治疗,治疗组加用痰热清注射液静滴。观察两组疗效和症状体征缓解时间。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,退热、症状消失时间及平均住院天数均短于对照组。结论痰热清注射液能有效辅助治疗甲型H1N1流感并肺炎,且安全性良好。
