Study of Relationship Between TCM Syndrome in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Coronary Angiography

Objective：To evaluate coronary syndromes associated with coronary artery disease,so that to provide objective indicators coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome.Method：250 cases of patients with coronary angiography,coronary artery disease recorded count,degree of stenosis,and coronary artery disease using Gensini method to calculate the points.Heart coronary syndromes are divided into heart gas weak type,heart-kidney yin deficiency type,phlegm resistance type,heart blood stasis type.Result：Normal coronary,single-vessel disease,mainly mild to moderate stenosis,lesion points lower are in heart gas weak type and heart-kidney yin deficiency type.And multi-vessel disease,blocking diseases,histopathologic scores high in phlegm resistance type and heart blood stasis type.Conclusion：The coronary syndromes are associated with coronary artery disease,and can provide objective indicators coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome.
