| Abstract: | Objective To summarized the clinical manifestations,reasons of misdiagnosis so that to improve the diagnosis of acute ectopy appendicitis.Methods The clinical materials of 17 such patient who were obtained diagnosis from operation were analyzed from December 2001 to December 2010.Results All cases were misdiagnosed the other diseases and obtained during operation.Conclusion There are some special clinical manifestations due to ectopy location.The progession should be as same as general acute appendicitis. |
