| 摘 要： | 目的 总结精密附着体的临床应用指征及特点.方法 对基牙为残根、残冠及牙体缺损较大并有牙髓病变者,做完善的根管治疗,牙片显示根尖无病变,观察2周无症状者,即可修复.结果 本组200例精密附着体修复,经6个月~3年的临床观察,优148例、良32例、一般12例、失败8例,优良率90%.结论 精密附着体是修复牙列缺损的理想方法...

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the accurate accessory dental prosthetic application,indication and advantages.Methods The root canal treatment of big defect,residual root and crown that caused lip dislocation and X-ray was perforned.The repair was taken after twice weeks.Results There were 148 cases excellent,32 cases good,12 cases common and 8 cases failed in 200 cases with curative rate of 90% after 6 months to 3 years observation.Conclusion This method might be ideal repair for dentition defect. |
