| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨柴胡皂甙对大鼠癫痫发作及脑电的影响。方法:观察柴胡皂甙对戊四氮致痫大鼠痫性发作潜伏期、发作程度以及脑电的影响。结果:腹腔注射柴胡皂甙50mg/kg、100mg/kg及150mg/kg三种剂量均能显著延长大鼠惊厥潜伏期,明显减轻大鼠痫样发作程度;对大鼠的脑电图有一定的改善作用。结论:柴胡皂甙具有抑制戊四氮诱发癫痫的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of saikosaponin on the acute seizure and electroencephalogram(EEG) of epileptic rat. Methods: The rat were used as the experimental object,the model of pentylenetetrazol(PTZ)-induced epilepsy was used,and the effect of saikosaponin on the seizure potential period and seizure level and EEG of epileptic rat were observed. Results: After the rat were injected intraperitoneally three kinds of dosage (50mg/kg, 100mg/kg, 150mg/kg) of saikosaponin,the seizure potential period were prolonged significantly and seizure level were relieved significantly, and the EEG of epileptic rat were improved in the 100mg/kg group. Conclusion: Saikosaponin can inhibit the epileptic seizure of PTZ-induced epilepsy. |
