超声对急性胃肠穿孔的诊断体会

目的探讨急性胃肠穿孔的超声表现。方法回顾性分析26例临床确诊为胃肠穿孔的患者的超声表现。结果全部26例患者均可探及到不同部位积液,其中4例胃及十二指肠后壁穿孔的表现为腹膜后间隙积液,其余22例表现为腹腔积液;有21例可探及到腹腔游离气体。结论超声结合临床其他检查可对胃肠穿孔作出明确诊断。

The Diagnostic Experience of Patients with Gastrointestinal Perforation in Ultrasongraphy

Objective To study the ultrasonic sign of acute gastrointestinal perforation by using ultrasonography.Method The ultrasonic manifest of 26 patients with gastrointestinal perforation that were defined in clinic have reviewed.Results All patients have detected dissociative fluid in varied area,which 4 cases with back wall perforation of stomach and duodenum are in retroperitoneal clearance,which the rest of 22 cases are in peritoneum cavity.21 cases have detected dissociative gas in abdominal cavity.Conclusion Ultrasonography combined with clinic and other examinations can clearly diagnose patients with gastrointestinal perforation.
