| 摘 要： | 目的观察规范化治疗对老年哮喘患者氧化应激反应的作用及其肺功能的影响。方法对30例轻中度哮喘患者进行规范化治疗，治疗前后填写哮喘控制问卷，测定肺功能及血清中硝基酪氨酸的含量，并与30例正常老年人比较。结果规范化治疗后，老年哮喘患者的肺功能指标以及症状均得到明显好转，患者血清中硝基酪氨酸的含量虽得到显著的改善，但与正常组比较仍维持较高水平。结论我们需要更好地方法控制老年哮喘的氧化应激反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of the standard treatment on oxidative stress and pulmonary function for geri- atric patients with asthma. Methods 30 mild-to-moderate persistant geriatric patients and 30 geriatric health persons were enrolled. ACQ5 was filled, pulmonary function was tested, and the 3-nitrotyrosine level was detected by ELISA before and after the standard treatment. Results After standard treatment, asthma symptoms and pulmonary function were sig- nificantly improved in geriatric patients with asthma. Although the level of nitrotyrosine was significantly improved, but remained at high levels compared with the normal group. Conclusions We need better ways to control oxidative stress in asthma. |
