| 摘 要： | 目的 测定四种冬青属药材（毛冬青、岗梅、救必应、苦丁茶）中总皂苷的含量。方法 采用超声法提取总皂苷，用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结论 用该法测定总皂苷含量，简便快速，而且灵敏度高，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of total saponin respectively in four sorts of llex. which are Ilex pubeseens, Ilex asprella, Ilex rotunda Thunb and Ilex kudingcha. Methods The total saponin were extracted by supersonic and determined the content by UV.Conelusion The method was simple rapid, precise and accurate. |
