摘    要:<正> 针刺治疗消化系统疾病有良好的疗效。大量临床和动物实验证实针刺对胃运动机能有调整作用。自从Alverez首先从胃记录到电活动以后,许多学者应用胃电为胃的功能指标研究胃的生理病理规律和胃疾患临床诊断和疗效观察的指标。本文应用体表导联无创伤性记录人胃电活动的方法,观察针刺足阳明胃经足三里等穴对急慢性胃肠炎患者的胃电图变化的影响,及穴位的相对特异性。


THE STUDY ON THE SPECIFIITY OF ZUSANLI POINTS OF STOMACH CHANNEL——THE EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE ON ELECTROGASTROGRAM IN HUMAN
Abstract:The gastroelectrical activity has been recorded with non-polarized Ag- AgCl disc electrodes. Two recording electrodes are placed on the relative corpus ventriculi and pylorus in the abdominal surface of human. The ref- erence electrode is placed on the medial crus. The potentials led from the two recording electrodes are amplified simultaneously by a model Rh-5 Bio- physics amplifier in parallel with 16-20μf filter capacitor at input end and model RJG-3004 recorder. Observations were made on the effect of gastroelectrical activity indu- ced by needling Zusanli points and the relative specificity of different poi- nts in sixty patients treated with acupuncture. The ampitude and frequency of gastroelectrical activity were recorded and analyzed beforeand after 5 minutes the application of acupuncture. The results obtained as follows: 1.The effect of gastroelectical activity was greatest immediately at the onset of acupuncture. The gastric basic electric rhythm was 1.1-4.5 cycle/rain. (average 2.8±0.53 cycle/min.) and the amplit- ude 22~286 μv (Average 104.4±63.59μv) before the application of acupuncture 2.There was a doubly modulating action induced by needling points on gastroelectrical activity, sometimes increasing and, sometimes decreasing. The amplitued and frequency were a slightly increased by needling Zusanli, Tianshu points of stomach channel, while the amplitude and frequency were decreased by needling The Zulinqi Points of gall bladder channel. It appears that there is a relative specificity in the action of the points on gastroelectrical activity.
