儿科痰培养肺炎链球菌耐药性分析

摘    要:目的分析儿科痰培养肺炎链球菌的耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对本院1560例肺炎患儿进行痰培养,对肺炎链球菌进行药物敏感试验。结果检出肺炎链球菌共120株,以婴幼儿多见。头孢霉素、四环素以及氯霉素随着青霉素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)升高而对肺炎链球菌的敏感性下降。青霉素敏感株的7.54%、中度耐药株的94.11%和高度耐药株的100%对1种以上的其他抗生素耐药。结论肺炎链球菌耐药性上升迅速,且耐药程度高,临床上应该注意避免盲目用药,应该及时行药物培养并根据药敏结果酌情用药。

The Resistance Analysis of Pediatric Streptococcus Pneumoniae Sputum Culture
Abstract:Objective Analysing the drug resistance of pediatric streptococcus pneumoniae sputum culture,to provide the reference for clinical rational drug.Methods Made sputum cultures to 1560 patients with Pneumonia in our hospital,Tested the streptococcus pneumoniae drug suscepti-bility.Results 120 strains streptococcus pneunoniae detected and most of them were infant.Cephalosporins amphotericin,tetracycline and chloramphenicol’s sensitivity to streptococcus pneumoniae declined with the penicillin minimum bacteriostatic concentration (MIC)’s rising.7.54% of Penicillin sensitive strains,94.11% of moderately resistant strains and 100% of highly resistant strains had resistance to other antibiotic.Conclusion The resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae rising rapidly and with high degree of resistance.should pay attention to avoid blinding medication in Clinical,do drug cultivation promptly and do appropriate medication based on susceptibility results.
