| Abstract: | Objective To explm-e the effects of the whole process psychological nursing in patients with post - stroke depression （PSD）. Methods Totally,108 PSD patients from March to July 2010 reeeived the targeted and whole process psychological nursing during curing primary disease and rehabilitation training. Before and after the intervention, the level of depression and daily living abilities were eolleeted and compared. Results After the psycho- logical nursing, the scores of depression and activities of daily living were significantly better than those before the intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The tar- geted and whole psychological nursing ean promote the reeovery of PSD patients＇quality of llfe and reduce the degree of depression. |
