| 摘 要： | 目的评价双侧锁定钢板治疗复杂的胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法自2006年7月至2009年5月采用双侧锁定钢板治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折16例,SchatzkerⅤ胫骨平台骨折12例,Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折4例。其中男11例,女5例;年龄23～57岁,平均（46.27±11.83）岁。术中采用前外侧及内侧双切口,用双钢板固定胫骨平台骨折。术后以HSS评分评价膝关节功能,以优良率表示。结果随访16例患者,随访时间8个月～2年,平均（13.6±5.74）个月,骨折全部愈合,无骨折延迟愈合。采用HSS评分,优良率为93.7%。结论双侧锁定钢板治疗复杂的胫骨平台骨折,允许膝关节早期活动,有良好的临床效果。

Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Bilateral Interlock Plates for Tibial Plateau Fracture |

| Abstract: | Objective discuss the clinical effect of fracture of tibial plateau treated with two bilateral plates.Methods 16 cases were treated with internal fixation.According to the Schatzker classification,12 were SchatzkerⅤ,4 wereⅥ.All 16 patients were followed with meanduration of 13.6 months（range 8～24）.Results All patients were follow up and got osteounion after operation.According to HSS score systerm,9 patients were excellent,6 patients were good.Conclusion Reliable effect can be achieved for fracture of tibial plateau treated with bilateral lock plate. |
