剖宫产术中妇科良性肿瘤110例临床治疗体会

目的探讨剖宫产术中妇科良性肿瘤的治疗方式。方法对我院2000年1月至2010年1月110例妊娠合并妇科良性肿瘤剖宫产术中情况进行回顾性研究。结果妊娠合并妇科良性肿瘤发生率为0.63%;病人平均年龄为28岁,妊娠合并子宫肌瘤和妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的发生率分别为0.36%和0.23%。结论术中严格掌握适应证,术式尽量采用保留功能的剔除术;重视孕期常规检查,早诊断、早治疗减少并发症的发生。

Gynecology Benign Tumors During the Cesarean Section 110 Cases

Objective To investigate the therapy of gynecology benign tumors during the cesarean section.Methods A retrospective analysis of 110 cases of gynecology benign tumors during the cesarean section which were operated in our Hospital from January 2000 to January 2010.Results The incidence rate of pregnancy with gynecology benign tumors was 0.63%;the average age was 28 years old; the incidence rates of pregnancy with hysteromyoma and pregnancy with benign ovarian tumors were 0.36% and 0.23% respectively. Conclusion The surgical methods should be as far as possible reserve the function of uters and ovarian. To attach importance to pregnancy checks, treatment early is the best way of avoiding complications.
