| 摘 要： | 目的总结基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）的经验。方法对我院2005年1月至2011年1月实施900例病人临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 879例完成LC术,9例中转手术。12例术后出现胆漏,经腹腔引流管引流治愈,无术后出血、胆道损伤等严重并发症,所有病例均痊愈出院。结论经过严格培训,掌握LC的适应证,术中精细操作,合理放置引流管,适时中转开腹,基层医院开展LC是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize operative experience of laparoscopic cholecysteetomy（LC）.Methods We analyzed retrospectively clinical data of the 900 cases of LC from January 2005 to January 2011 in our hospital.Results 879 cases were treated with LC successfully and 9 cases were converted to open procedure.Biliary leakage happened in 12 case and was cured with indwelling abdominal drainage.No patients were complicated with postoperative hemorrhage,bile injuries.All patients were cured.Conclusion Strict training and indications,refined intraoperative manipulation,correct placing of drainage tube and timely conversion to open surgery should be guaranteed when LC is performed in grass-roots hospita1.it is safe and feasible. |
