| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effects of systematic nursing education on junior nurses＇training in neurosurgery departments. Methods Twenty - three junior nurses from neurosurgery departments were recruited, and the training was conducted by defining teaching objectives and plans, organizing teaching and teaching evaluation. Results There were statistically significant differences in self - assessment, evaluation of head - nurse and general education teachers,appraisement of the doctors and patients between before and after training （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The irnplementation of systematic nurs- ing education for junior nurses can significantly improve nurses＇professional quality,enhance core competencies of nurses and ensure nursing safety. |
