护患纠纷现状分析及对策

摘    要:通过阐述护患纠纷现状及护患双方对护患纠纷的认知状况,并从护士本身、患者、管理及社会多方面分析导致护患纠纷的因素.针对上述原因,从完善规章制度、增加护士编制、强化法律意识、规范护理文书、加强有效沟通、强化继续教育及加强护士情商培养等方面总结了相应的管理对策,以促进构建和谐的护患关系.

Abstract:This paper described the status of nurse - patient disputes and the cognition of both nurses and patients on nurse - patient disputes. It analyzed the factors that led to nurse - patient disputes from aspects of nurses, patients, management, and the society. In addition, it summarized the corresponding management countermeasures,including improving the rules and regulations,increasing nurse staffing, strengthening nurses'legal awareness and standardizing nursing re- cords, enhancing effective communication, strengthening the continued learning and emotion quotient training of nurses, etc, so as to promote harmonious relations between nm'ses and patients.
