| 摘 要： | 目的探讨解剖性肝切除在肝硬化肝癌手术中的效果。方法回顾分析36例肝硬化肝癌患者行解剖性肝切除术的临床资料。结果 36例患者手术均获得成功,手术时间80～210min,出血量100～1200mL。无术中死亡,无肝功能衰竭等严重并发症。结论解剖性肝切除是治疗肝硬化肝癌一种安全有效的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of anatomical liver resection for liver cancer with cirrhosis.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical dates of 36 liver cancer patients with cirrhosis undergoing anatomical liver resection.Results 36 patients successfully received anatomical liver resection.Operation time was 80～210 min,intraoperative blood loss was 100～1200 mL.There was no intraoperative death or liver failure.Conclusion Anatomical liver resection is a safty and feasible procedure for liver cancer with cirrhosis. |
