马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性中重型颅脑外伤的临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的]探讨马来酸桂哌齐特在急性中重型颅脑外伤中的治疗效果.方法]98例急性中重型颅脑外伤患者,分为用药组和对照组各49例,对照组按常规治疗,用药组在常规治疗基础上加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗.连续14 d.根据GCS评分、GOS评分以及经颅多普勒(TCD),包括大脑中动脉(MCA)及颈内动脉(ICA)的血流传播速度,比较两组患者病情恢复情况.结果]治疗第7 d、14 d GCS评分治疗组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);伤后3个月预后按GOS评分治疗组明显优于对照组(P〈0.05);TCD结果显示治疗组脑血流改善程度明显优于对照组(P〈0.01).结论]急性颅脑损伤早期应用马来酸挂哌齐特,可降低颅脑外伤后的病残程度以及病死率,提高治疗效果.

Clinical Effect of Cinepazide Maleate for the Treatment of Acute Moderate and Severe Brain Injury

Abstract:Objective]To explore the effect of Cinepazide Maleate for the treatment of acute moderate and severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods] Totally 98 patients with craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into Cinepazide Maleate group(n= 49) and control group(n=49). According to GCS scores, GOS scores and transcranial Doppler(TCD) including blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA) and internal carotid artery (ICA), the recovery of patients between two groups was compared. Results]During the treatment of acute moderate and severe craniocerebral trauma, there was a significant difference on GCS scores at different stages between the Cinepazide Mateate group and control group( P 〈0.05). The prognosis of Cinepazide Maleate group was obviously better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference( P 〈0.05). TCD examination showed that the improvement of cerebrovascular spasm in Cinepazide Maleate group was obviously better than that in the control group( P 〈0.01). Conclusion] The early application of Cinepazide Maleate in acute Craniocerehral trauma can decrease the rate of death and disability and improve the therapeutic effect.
