Abstract: | A 43-year-old woman with ossifying fibroma of the thoracolumbar vertebrae was presented with a 6-month history of progressive radiculomyelopathy. The symptoms were successfully treated by laminectomy and partial resection of the lesion. This is the first reported case of ossifying fibroma involving the thoracolumbar spine. The clinical significance and management of this rare lesion are discussed with a review of the literature. |
