莫西沙星治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性社区获得性感染临床评价

目的评价莫西沙星治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性社区获得性细菌感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法将65例患者分成两组。莫西沙星组（32例）静脉滴注莫西沙星0．4g，左氧氟沙星组（33例）静脉滴注左氧氟沙星0．5g，均每天1次，疗程均为7．10d.结果莫西沙星组治愈率为68．8％，有效率为90．6％，细菌清除率为91．2％；左氧氟沙星组治愈率为60．6％，有效率为87．9％，细菌清除率为90．3％。两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论莫西沙星治疗老年COPD急性社区获得性细菌性感染，疗效确切、使用安全。

Clinical Evaluation of Moxifloxacin for Acute Community Acquired Infections in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous moxifloxacin in the treatment of acute community acquired infection in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty-five patients were randomized into two groups.The patients were treated with moxifloxacin 0.4 g,i.v.,q.d.for 7-10 d in the treatment group(32 cases).Levofloxacin was given at 0.5 g,i.v.,q.d.for 7-10 d in the control group(33 cases).Results In moxifloxacin group,the cure rate was 68.8%.The effective rate was 90.6% and bacterial eradication rate was 91.2%.In levofloxacin group,the cure rate was 60.6%.The effective rate was 87.9% and bacterial eradication rate was 90.3%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Moxifloxacin is effective and safe in the treatment of acute community acquired infections in the elderly patient with COPD.
