某干法水泥扩建项目职业病危害分析及控制对策探讨

目的 识别某大型化工企业利用电石渣熟料新型干法水泥生产过程可能存在的职业危害因素，分析生产过程存在的职业病危害风险水平，提出控制职业病危害的措施建议。方法采用工程分析与类比法相结合，识别生产过程存在的职业病危害因素。通过有毒物质职业暴露健康风险评估法，综合分析职业病危害存在的风险水平。结果干法熟料水泥生产过程可能存在的职业病危害因素主要为水泥尘、煤尘、石灰石粉尘、石膏粉尘、生料粉尘、一氧化碳、噪声、高温等。水泥尘、煤尘、生料粉尘、一氧化碳存在职业病危害的风险在中等风险水平，石灰石粉尘及石膏粉尘存在职业病危害的风险在低风险水平。结论根据风险分析结果，针对职业病危害的不同风险水平，决定相应风险的防控措施优先级，提出有效的防护控制对策，指导企业进行风险管理。

Analysis of occupational hazards and countermeasures suggestion for a dry-process cement production project

Objective To anticipate and identify the occupational hazards possibly existing in a new dry-process cement production by calcium carbide slag in a big chemical company,analyze the risk of occupational hazards in cement production,and put forward the suggestion of control measures.Methods Using the engineering analysis and analogy method to anticipate and identify the occupational hazards in cement production process.The risk level of occupational hazards in the workplace was analyzed with the method of health risk assessment of occupational exposure to harmful chemicals.Results The occupational hazards existing in the new dry-process cement production are mainly cement dust, coal dust,limestone dust,gypsum dust.raw material dust,carbon monoxide,noise and beat stress.The occupational health risk of cement dust.coal dust.raw material dust anti carbon monoxide are all in medium level,while the risk of limestone dust and gypsum dust are in the low level.Conclusion The priority of countermeasures to control risk are determined based on different risk levels,and the effective prevention and control measures are proposed to guide the enterprise risk management.
