上皮钙黏附蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义

 目的　探讨胃癌患者上皮钙黏附蛋白（E-cad）的表达及其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法检测51份胃癌组织和25份正常胃黏膜组织中的E-cad的表达情况。结果　E-cad在胃癌组织中的异常表达率（68.6 %）显著高于正常胃黏膜组织（31.4 %）差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；E-cad表达异常与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结有无转移存在相关性。结论　E-cad在胃癌中的表达减弱与胃癌的分化、侵袭转移密切相关。

The clinicopathological significance of E-cad expression in gastric cancer

Objective　To investigate the relationship between the expression of E-cad and clinicopathological characteristics in gastric cancer. Methods　E-cad expression in 51 cases of human gastric carcinoma and 25 cases of normal mucosa tissues were examined by immunohistochemical stain. Results　The expression of E-cad in gastric carcinoma (68.6 %) were significantly decreased than that in normal mucosa tissues(31.4 %)(P ＜0.01). There was negative correlation between the expression of E-cad and the differentiation of tumor and invasive depth, lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion　Ｌow regulated expression of E-cad plays an important role in gastric cancer. It is closely associated with the differentiation, invasion and metastasis.
