经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺增生146例

目的：观察经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺增生（BPH）的疗效。方法：总结经尿道前列腺电切治疗146例前列腺增生患者的临床资料。结果：所有患者手术效果满意，拔管后恢复正常排尿，夜尿症状明显缓解，切除前列腺组织35．4g，平均电切时间54min，术后IPSS评分9—23分，平均11．5分。剩余尿量（RU）8--48ml，平均20ml。术后三个月最大尿流率（Qmax）12．4—24．5ml／s，平均19．1ml／s。结论：经尿道前列腺电切是治疗BPH理想的电切外科技术，具有疗效显著、术中安全、并发症少等优点，值得基层推广应用。

Transurethral Electric Resction of the Prostate for Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia 146 Cases

Objective-To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral electric resection of the prostate for treating prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： The data of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） 146 cases with TURP were summaried. Resuhs：Theoperation satisfactory results of all patients urination returned to normal after extubation. The nocturia symptoms were improved. Resectioned of the prostate tissue 35.4 gram. Average electric resection time was 54 minutes. IPSS scored 9--23 and the average of IPSS was 11.5. The residual urinary volume（RU） was 8--48ml. with a mean of 20ml. The Qmax was increased to 12.4--24.5ml/s after surgery and the average of Qmax was 19. lml/s. Conclution：Transurethral electric resection of the prostate is a ideal electrosurgery technology, it not only is safe and highly effective but also less complication It is valuable to spread and use in clinic for treating urinary disease.
