补髓生血颗粒剂对慢性再障患者骨髓基质细胞粘附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1的影响

摘    要:目的探讨补髓生血颗粒剂对慢性再障患者(CAA)的作用机制.方法将慢性再障患者随机分为补髓生血颗粒剂组和再障生血片对照组,采用免疫荧光法检测慢性再障患者治疗前后骨髓基质细胞(BMSC)血管间粘附分子(VCAM-1)、细胞间粘附分子(ICAM-1)抗原表达水平.结果两组患者治疗前粘附分子水平ICAM-1、VCAM-1明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),治疗后两组患者ICAM-1、VCAM-1抗原水平都有不同程度的升高,并且在提高VCAM-1方面补髓生血颗粒剂组优于再障生血片对照组.阳虚型比阴虚型恢复好.结论慢性再障患者骨髓基质细胞ICAM-1、VCAM-1抗原表达水平异常,补髓生血颗粒剂可提高粘附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1的表达,从而促进骨髓造血.进一步证实"阳虚易治,阴虚难调"的理论.

Abstract:Objective To explore the machanism of Soluble Granules of Busui Shengxue on chronic aplastic anemia (CAA). Methods The patients were divided into Soluble Granules of Busui Shengxue group and AABET group in random. We analyzed the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) of bone marrow stromal cell (BMSC) before treatment and after treatment by using technology of immunofluorescence assay. Result The level of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 of the two groups was obviously lower than the control group before treatment (P<0.001), and the level of them have been raised on the different degree after treatment. In increasing ICAM-1, Soluble Granules of Busui Shengxue group is better than control group. Yangxu is better than yinxu. Conclusion Expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 of BMSC on CAA is abnormal. Soluble Granules of Busui Shengxue can increase the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1, consequently promote the marrow to produce the blood. Further to prove the theory of easy to treat yangxu and difficult to treat yinxu.
