| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对经手术病理证实的51例乳腺癌的二维声像图表现及彩色多普勒血流显像作回顾性分析。结果乳腺癌在超声二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流显像上有着较典型的表现。结论高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌的诊断中具有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound for breast cancer.Methods 51 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed,they were screened with two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Result 42 cases of breast cancer were accurately diagnosed by ultrasound,while 9 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography with color doppler ultrasonography is effective for the diagnosis of breast cancer. |
