幽门螺旋杆菌与声带白斑及喉癌关系的研究进展

喉癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和死亡率较高.声带白斑通常被认为是喉癌最常见的癌前病变.当前预防喉癌最有效的方法是尽早发现癌前病变,延缓甚至阻止恶性变化的进展.近年来,有研究表明幽门螺旋杆菌可能是声带白斑和喉癌的致病因素.本文就现阶段幽门螺旋杆菌与声带白斑、喉癌的研究进展进行总结,并讨论其可能的致病机制.

The research progress of helicobacter pylori in vocal-fold leukoplakia and laryngeal cancer

Summary Laryngeal carcinoma(LC)is one of the most common malignant tumors of the head and neck with high morbidity and mortality.Vocal-fold leukoplakia is generlly considered to be the most common precancerous condition of laryngeal cancer and portents a risk of malignant transformation.Nowadays,the most effective way to prevent laryngeal cancer is to detect the precancerous lesion as early as possible and to delay or even prevent the progression of malignant change.In recent years,some studies have suggested that helicobacter pylori(HP)may be the pathogenic factor of vocal-fold leukoplakia and laryngeal cancer.This article will review the association between HP laryngeal colonization and malignant or premalignant laryngeal le sions.
