Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD)in children is a complex and common problem in the pediatric population.In recent years,children’s LPRD has been associated with feeding difficulties,sleep disorders,vocal disorders,intractable rhinitis,sinusitis,and otitis media.The relevance of diseases such as chronic cough and chronic cough has attracted the attention of multi-specialized pediatricians,but its diagnosis and clinical manifestations are still controversial.In order to improve the understanding of children's LPRD and avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,this article will review the progress of the diagnosis and treatment of children's LPRD.
