尿微量清蛋白与尿肌酐比值在妊娠高血压综合征早期肾损伤的临床分析

目的：探讨尿微量清蛋白与尿肌酐比值测定对妊娠高血压综合征（简称妊高症）早期肾损伤诊断的临床意义。方法：用Olympus AU640生化仪测定尿微量清蛋白（mAlb）和尿肌酐（Cr），观察组为妊高症患者50例，对照组为正常孕妇10例。结果：观察组，尿mAlb／Cr为（46．6±17．2）mg／g，显著高于对照组的（26．1±3．1）mg／g，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：测定尿微量清蛋白与尿肌酐的比值，是诊断妊高症早期肾损伤的一项重要指标。

Clinical analysis of urinary albumin and urinary creatinine ratio in pregnancy-induced hypertension of early renal damage

Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of the ratio of urinary albumin and creatinine determination of pregnancy-lnduced hypertension of early diagnosis of renal injury.Methods：Used the olympus AU640 chemistry analyzer to determine the urinary albumin（mAlb） and urine creatinine（Cr）,selected 50 patients as the observation group,10 cases as the compared group.Results：The ratio of urinary albumin and creatinine of the observation group was （46.6±17.2） mg/g, which was significantly higher than that of the compared group （26.1±3.1） mg/g,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The determination of the ratio of urinary albumin and creatinine is an important indicator of early di- agnosis of pregnancy-induced hypertension of renal injury.
