葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效的临床观察

目的观察研究葛根素注射液治疗冠心病、心绞痛的疗效及其对血液流变学影响。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者100例，采用随机单盲法分为2组，其中50例用葛根素注射液静脉滴注作为观察组，50例对照组用复方丹参注射液治疗。连续10天。结果心绞痛症状疗效总有效率两组分别为92％和90％（P〉0．05），心电图疗效总有效率为80％和76％（P〉0．05）。观察组血流变检查示红细胞聚集指数，全血粘度，红细胞压积比，血浆粘度均显著下降，且其血流变改善程度明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论葛根素注射液是一种安全有效的治疗冠心病心绞痛的药物。

Therapeutic efficacy of puerarin in coronary heart patients with myocardial ischemia

Objective To study the efficiency of therapy with puerarin root injection and dan-shen root injection in coronary heart disease. And its influence on hemorheology. Methods 100 patients with angina pectoris were divided into 2 groups by single blind procedure. 50 patients were treated with puerarin root injection therapy for 10 days while the other 50 patients were threated with dan-shen root injection. Results In puerarin root injection therapy group, remission rate of angina was 92%, and the responsie rate o ECG was 80%, In dan-shen root group, 90% patients showed angina release, and the responsive rate of ECG was 76%,hemorheology indices of puerarin root injection therapy group were significantly different from that of control group. Conclusion puerarion was a safe, efficient drug in threating myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.
