32例胃间质瘤的临床诊治分析

目的：探讨胃间质瘤（GST）的临床特点及诊治方法。方法：回顾性分析我院2003-2009年外科治疗的32例GST患者的临床和病理资料。结果：本组32例均经手术治疗,手术切除率100%,术式为胃癌根治术11例,胃大部切除15例,胃局部切除6例。病理诊断良性7例,潜在恶性14例,恶性11例。免疫组化结果CD117阳性19例（59.3%）,CD34阳性22例（68.7%）,SMA阳性14例（43.7%）,S-100阳性3例（9.3%）。结论：GST的诊断比较困难,术前确诊率低;其确诊主要依靠病理组织学检查及免疫组化染色。手术完全切除对于GST是主要的治疗方法。

Diagnosis and treatment of gastric stromal tumor: A clinical analysis of 32 Cases

Objective：To investigate the clinical features,the diagnosis and treatment of gastric stromal tumor（GST）. Methods：The clinical and pathological data of 32 patients with GST were analyzed retrospectively from 2003 to 2009. Results：Surgical resection rate was 100 % in the patients. Gastric curative resection was performed in 11 cases,partial gastrectomy in 15 and local resection in 6. The pathologic diagnosis showed 7 cases of benign GST, 14 of potential malignant GST and 11 of malignant GST. The expression of CD117,CD34, SMA and S-100 was 59.3 % （19/32）, 68.7% （22/32）, 43.7% （14/32） and 9.3% （3/32）, respectively. Conclusion ： The diagnosis of GST is difficult, mainly depending on histopathotogy and immunohistochemistry, and the complete surgical resection is a primary treatment for GST.
