正交试验法优选小儿痰咳宁巴布剂的提取工艺

摘    要:目的优选小儿痰咳宁巴布剂的最佳提取工艺。方法以提取液中君药黄芩中黄芩苷、臣药炙麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱的含量及总固体收得率为考察指标,通过正交试验法筛选出小儿痰咳宁巴布剂的最佳水煎工艺条件。结果确定最佳水提条件为用8倍量水煎煮3次,每次1.5h,减压提取温度75℃。结论该提取工艺所得黄芩苷、盐酸麻黄碱的含量及总固体收得率较高,经验证,合理可行,适合于工业生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Pediatric Tankening Cataplasms. Methods With the content of baicalin in main drug radix scutellariae and ephedrine hydrochloIide in adjuvant drug roasting ephedra and the total solid recovery rate as investi- gate indexes, the orthogonal experiment was conducted to screen the decoction technological conditions for Pediatric Tankening Cataplasms. Results The best water extraction condition was decocting 3 times with 8 times amount of water as much as the Chinese herbs and decocting 1.5 h for each time,the vacuum extraction temperature 75 ~C. Conclusion This extraction technology has the high contents of baicalin and ephedrine hydroehloride and the high yield rate of the total solid,which is verified with rationality and feasibility, and suitable for the industrial production.
