| 摘 要： | 目的观察定痛汤合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经120例的临床疗效。方法随机分组,治疗组经前口服定痛汤,用王不留行籽耳穴贴压;对照组经前口服消炎痛,连续3个疗程后停药比较疗效。结果2组近期疗效相似,远期疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的血液流变学改善明显(P<0.05)。结论定痛汤合耳穴贴压是治疗原发性痛经的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of Dingtong decoction and ear acupoint pressing for essential dysmenorrhea. Methods 240 cases were divided randomly into two groups, the treatment group were administrated with Dingtong decoction and ear acupoint pressed with Semen Vaccariae for three courses of treatment, and the control group with Indometacin. Results The short-term effect of two groups was common, but the prostecdtive efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05), and the indices changes of blood flow of the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Dingtong decoction and ear acupoint pressed with Semen Vaccariae is good for essential dysmenorrhea. |
