辣椒素药膜防治增生性瘢痕的临床研究

目的探讨辣椒素药膜对增生性瘢痕的防治作用.方法对烧伤后半年以上伴有瘙痒症状的增生性瘢痕局部外用药膜,每天坚持使用10h以上.用药后随时观察瘙痒症状,并在第15d和3个月后观察瘢痕硬度、血流量及瘢痕的颜色.结果药膜使用早期即显示其明确的镇痛止痒作用;使用3个月后其有明显降低瘢痕硬度、减少血流量和改善瘢痕颜色的功效.结论辣椒素药膜对增生性瘢痕具有明确防治作用,改善瘙痒症状尤其明显,具有广泛的应用前景.

A clinical study of capsaicin drug sheet on preventing and treating hypertrophic scar

Objective: In order to prevent and cure hypertrophic scar(HS), especially attenuate and cure foe itching symptoms of HS, a new style silicone gel drug sheet which containing capsaicin was developed and been used in clinical patients. Methods: The drug sheet has been used topically more than 10 hours a day on the surface of HS which more than half a year after burn. The itching symptoms were observed any times after the sheet been used and the rigidity of HS and blood flow volume and scar color were studied after been used 10 days and 3 months. Results: It shows that the drug sheet can attenuate pain and itching significantly; it can decreas the rigidity and the blood flow volume of HS and improve scar color after been used 3 months. Conclusions: This drug sheet has a special preventing and curing effects on HS, especially attenuation itching.
