定点瞬时牵压治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的：观察定点瞬时牵压疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取自2009-01-2012-12我科神经根型颈椎病住院患者211例，按完全随机法随机分为治疗组103例，对照组108例。治疗组采用定点瞬时牵压疗法，每周1次；治疗组采用定点持续牵压疗法，每日1次，5次为1疗程，每疗程间隔2日。3周后进行疗效统计。结果治疗组总有效率（93.2%），对照组总有效率（79.6%），两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.005）。结论定点瞬时牵压疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。

Clinical effect of fixed-point instantaneous pulling pressure therapy in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fixed-point instantaneous pulling pressure therapy in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods From January 2009 to December 2012,211 cases with nerve root type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group （103 cases）and control group （108 cases）. In the treatment group,fixed-point in-stantaneous pulling pressure therapy was manipulated once a week. In the control group,fixed-point continuous pulling pressure therapy was manipulated once a day for 5 times,each treatment interval was 2 days. The statistics analysis of the curative effect was made after 3 weeks. Results The to-tal effective rate was 93.2% in the treatment group,that was 79.6% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.005）. Conclusion The fixed-point instanta-neous pulling pressure therapy is very effective in treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
