白附片含药血清对大鼠软骨细胞增殖影响的实验研究

目的：观察中药白附片含药血清对大鼠软骨细胞增殖的影响。方法：取1月龄的SD大鼠膝关节关节软骨Ⅱ型胶原酶消化，建立软骨细胞体外培养体系，甲苯胺蓝染色鉴定后，取体外培养第3代软骨细胞随机分为6组，分别加入不同浓度空白血清（5％、10％、15％），不同浓度白附片含药血清（5％、10％、15％），继续培养24、48、72h后，采用MTT比色法检测软骨细胞增殖的变化。结果：白附片含药血清组吸光度值（OD值）显著高于空白血清组，两组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：白附片含药血清能有效促进大鼠膝关节软骨细胞的增殖。

Effects of Serum Containing Radix Aconitilateralis Preparata on the Proliferation of Rat Articular Chondrocytes

Objective：To investigate the effects of serum containing Radix Aconitilateralis Preparata on the proliferation of rat articular chondrocytes .Methods ：Articular chondrocytes were obtained from the cartilage of 1 month SD rat and TypeⅡcollagenase digestion cartilage.Cartilage cells in vitro culture system was established , after toluidine blue staining authenticate , taking the third -generation cartilage cells.They were randomly divided into 6 groups, blank and Radix Aconitilateralis Preparata groups in different concentrations （5%,10%,15%）,MTT assay method was adopted to observe the influence of serum containing Radix Aconitilateralis Preparata with different concentrations to the proliferation of chondrocytes after incubated 24,48,72 hours.Results：serum containing Radix Aconitilateralis Preparata absorbance value （ OD） was higher than the blank serum group significantly . Compared of two groups of comparison, there was significant differences（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Serum containing Radix Aconitilateralis Preparata can significantly increase the proliferation of chondrocytes of rat .
