加味半夏白术天麻汤合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性痴呆30例

目的：观察加味半夏白术天麻汤合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性痴呆临床疗效.方法：将患者随机分为两组,观察组采用半夏白术天麻汤加减合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,对照组予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,观察MMSE、NPI、ADL评分和中医证候积分,并比较两组治疗前后的疗效.结果：两组治疗后MMSE评分、ADL评分有所提高,中医症候积分评分有所降低,且观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗前后NPI评分无统计学意义.结论：加味半夏白术天麻汤联合盐酸多奈哌齐片能有效改善血管性痴呆（痰浊阻窍型）患者的认知功能,提高日常生活活动能力.

30 Cases of Vascular Dementia Treatment with Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Donepezil HCL Tablets

Purposes ： To observation of pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae tonga subtraction and donepezil HCL treatment of vascular dementia clinical curative effect. Methods：Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group using pinellia tuber at- ractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae tonga subtraction donepezil HCL treatment, control group with donepezil HCL treatment, observation of MMSE, NPI, ADL scores and TCM syndrome integral, and compare the curative effect of two groups before and after treatment. Re- sults：Two groups of MMSE scores and ADL scores after treatment, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral score decreases, and the total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, NPI score has no statistical significance before and after treatment. Conclusion：Flavored pinelha atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction combined donepezil HCL tablets can effectively improve vascular dementia （ type of phlegm turbidity resistance and the orifices） in patients with cognitive func- tion, improve the ability of daily life activities.
