| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中药地埝的薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法：依据现行《中国药典》2010年版一部附录ⅥB试验方法考察了不同提取方法、薄层板、展开剂、显色剂下地埝的薄层鉴别研究.结果：用硅胶GF254薄层板,二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸（5：4：1）为展开剂,以氨熏为显色剂,再置可见光下检视斑点,分离效果最佳.结论：本实验研究可作为地埝药材质量标准的提高与完善提供依据. |

| Abstract: | Objective ：To study a thin -layer chromatography analysis method of Melastoma dodecandrum Lour. Methods：Different ex- traction methods, thin layer plate, developing solvent and colour developing agent were investigated according to the calibration method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia appendix B （2010 edition）. Result：The best of thin -layer separation effect was as follow： Silicone GF254 thin- layer plate, Diehloromethane -Ethyl acetate -Formic acid（5： 4：1 ） as developing solvent,ammonia smoked as colour developing agent and examining under the UV lamp. Conclusion：This experimental method can effectively control the quality of Melastoma dode- candrum Lour. |
