石决明散加减联合西药治疗病毒性角膜内皮炎

目的探讨石决明散加减联合西药治疗病毒性角膜内皮炎的疗效。方法盘状型角膜内皮炎患者25例25只眼,予局部激素、抗病毒药物联合中药方剂石决明散加减治疗,以视力,以及角膜水肿、前房反应、角膜内皮细胞计数情况为指标,回顾性分析该方法的治疗效果。结果治疗3～5 d,患者视力、角膜水肿及前房反应情况均出现好转。最终所有患者均被治愈。治疗有效[视力提高3行或以上(国际标准视力表)]的平均时间为(8.7±2.7)d,治愈(最佳矫正视力≥0.8)的平均时间为(20.4±4.5)d。治愈后的角膜内皮细胞计数为(2201.7±295.1)个/mm2。结论石决明散加减联合西药治疗病毒性角膜内皮炎治愈率高,治愈时间较短,具有良好的效果及临床应用价值。

Clinical effects of combined therapy of Shijueming Powder and western medicine on viral corneal endotheliitis

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on viral corneal endotheliitis.METHODS Topical steroid,anti-viral eye drops combined with Shijueming Powder were administrated in 25 cases which were enrolled retrospectively.Best corrected vision acuity,the severity of corneal edema and anterior chamber inflammation,combined with corneal endothelium number were evaluated.RESULTS Best corrected vision acuity,the severity corneal edema and anterior chamber inflammation were improved after 3-5 days of therapy.All patients gained ≥3 lines of vision acuity after 8.7±2.7 days therapy on average,and the best corrected vision acuity retained ≥0.8 after a mean time of 20.4±4.5 days.The average corneal endothelium number was(2 201.7±295.1)/mm2 after recovery.CONCLUSIONS Combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was effective in corneal endotheliitis with high cure rate,short treatment period and great clinical application value.
